We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance to secure your date, especially during peak seasons (spring and summer). However, we do accommodate last-minute bookings based on availability!
We service events within a 50-mile radius of our base location. Travel fees may apply for events beyond that range — contact us for a custom quote!
Our standard setup requires roughly a 10×10 ft space with access to a standard electrical outlet. We can work with smaller spaces too — just let us know your venue details when booking.
Absolutely! Our Confetti and Platinum Pop packages include custom photo templates featuring your event name, date, and personal design. Just send us your details 1 week before the event.
Yes! Every package comes with a prop kit — from feather boas and funny hats to signs and glasses. Our Premium package includes 80+ props for maximum fun.
We require a 50% deposit to hold your date. Cancellations made 30+ days before the event receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable but can be rescheduled once at no charge.
